Each of the five days sees Her Majesty The Queen and guests arrive by horse-drawn landaus continuing on the tradition started in 1825 by Kind George IV. This arrival sees the party pass guests in each of the enclosures allowing everyone to get a glimpse of the Royal’s as they pass through.

One of the most famous parts is Ladies Day which sees Royalty, celebrities and anyone else lucky enough to attend don their most stylish outfits. Ladies Day wouldn’t be the same without the parade of exciting and fashion forward hats. Taking part on the third day of Ascot the fashion side has become as synonymous with Royal Ascot as the racing itself.
